Why. Why do small children only like to play with things that aren't theirs?!? Why does my son find the need to scoot around and find everything possible that is not actually his, when he has more toys that I can count?!? I mean really? REALLY? I spend $$$ on toys just for him and he goes after my shoes, cell phone, work papers, books, etc.
To clarify, I know/have known children have this tendency. I know that you can buy them tons of toys at Christmas and they will just play with the box they came in...I know all this and knew it going into the moving baby period...I just wish there was a why and needed a small vent!
Well, time to go save my cell phone from the mass of salvia it is about to be covered in.

Because he is thinking, "if my toys are so fun ... why aren't YOU playing with them!" Your shoes/cell phone/books must be more exciting since they are what you use all the time. Muahahahaha your child has joined the ranks of his cousins and their mischieviousness.
